These Terms of Service govern your use of suitessolution.com and the services provided by Office Suites Solution LLC. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide B2B lead generation services, including outbound prospecting, paid acquisition management, search engine optimization and appointment setting. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and access to the accounts and tools needed to deliver the services, and to use any leads or data we provide in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the applicable proposal. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Results
Lead generation outcomes depend on market conditions, your offer and your sales process. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee specific volumes, response rates or revenue.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand assets and data. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become yours. We retain ownership of our methods, templates and tools.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other party’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Office Suites Solution LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
